My SA was Faiz, and he has been a great help with choosing the glasses i like. From frame to lens. Although there had been a hiccup with lens scratches he was still very accommodating and assured me that i will get my glasses with new lens. Thanks faiz!!!

Really good experience here. Saiful helped me out from start to finish, checked if my power was still fine or if I needed a new one, and explained why my current specs weren’t as clear anymore. He also showed me the basics of using contact lenses since it was my first time, and honestly made it way easier than I expected. Overall, smooth process, friendly service, and I walked out feeling sorted. Solid place to get your specs done.
