I sent my bag for lock closure repair, paid RM80. It took 2 weeks to be fixed. After 3 days of use, the issue remains. I'll resend for free fix and see how it is after using it again. For the steep price charged, it should be a long-term solution.

Absolutely do not come here for key duplication. Had to return twice when a simple key I made couldn't even be inserted into the lock. In the end was told that they used the wrong blank and didn't have the correct one. Wasted so much of my time, petrol and parking.

Very unprofessional - scratched the watch during a battery change but did not inform me. I only found out when I checked the watch when i returned home. Such a big scratch would not have been missed. Proceed with caution
