this staff is incredibly rude to the customers there. i’ve noticed this staff rolling her eyes a couple of times to customers when they ask if their order is ready. the same thing happened to me as well, if you don’t like your job or if you think it’s too hectic for you to handle then don’t work. it’s that simple

Food takes forever to be served and on top of that they press "Now Serving" way to fast so you just have to be staring and guess if that's your food or not.

The ice cream served was so less. Order 2 mc flurry oreo and 1 chocolate sundae. The oreo mcflurry 1 of it is extra areo(+rm1) but they both look same to me. And the chocolate sundae chocolate so less

Just had my son’s birthday celebration here. It was done and prepared well by MCD staff Fifi. Can consider this place if anyone wishes to have birthday party in the future!

The McCafe at the top floor serves the worst Mcflurry that I had. The vanilla ice cream tasted like very cheap from unknown brand and the Oreo chunks are not crushed fine enough.
