I went to Machines i-City to ask if they do back glass replacement, but the service was extremely disappointing. Despite having customers around, the staff were standing in a group, talking among themselves with unpleasant faces and completely ignoring anyone who needed assistance. One of them (a man with curly hair and glasses) even walked away as I approached the counter. None of them acknowledged me until I had to say “excuse me” just to get their attention. It honestly felt rude and unprofessional. I didn’t come just to browse or touch the phones, yet it felt like they had already made that assumption about me. Really disappointing experience for an Apple reseller store. (Attached photo shows how the staff were grouped together, minding their own conversation while customers were present.)
