Their service was quick and the donuts were lovely. The fillings inside were satisfying and the toppings were magnificent. The cheese donut is definitely my favourite.

I just want to compliment their service. the staff called Meera/Mira is such a sweetheart. I had a pleasant experience with her service. Such a warm welcome and she provided very good service to me.

Purchased half dozen of donuts on 3rd August around 8pm. And the staff was ignoring us while we are standing waiting to be served. Not just that, none of them are smiling at all. The worst customer service ever for Krispy Kreme.

I came here to redeem donuts but the barcode never showed up. The QR could be displayed but the staff said it couldn’t. In fact, I was there too and the staff said I had to scan the barcode, but it’s not my problem that you can’t use QR in your store. Really. Very disappointed and service also bad.
