Added the jelly but no spoon is provided. How to consume? Ended up dispose the remainder jelly into the bin. What’s the point paying extra?

Today i visit Koi around 9.50pm,what surprised me was that the employee named Adam did not show a bad service attitude since it was close to closing time. That's great!Thank you for your service! Pls keep it up!

All the staff there are very friendly, they always repeat the order to be correct.. It reminds me of the first time I bought a drink there, they said they wanted to repeat the order so there would be no mistakes but I ignored them.. Finally I got the wrong one and they offered me a new drink and i get what I want
