Bad service experience , staff stingy to give samples and service with bad attitude. Hardsale for the buying package and product but not trying to explain. If possible I won’t even give any star for this branch instead of this 1 star.

Unfriendly female store manager! She is very impatient during payment and when we requested samples from her. Rude attitude at all and unsatisfied experience. The staffs are afraid of humans. When we entered the store, they were not willing to serve us. What a waste of time.

The services is very very bad as compared to other branches. The staff is stingy when giving out samples, only gave 3 samples when I purchased few hundreds. Don’t know if they are to keep samples by themselves or what using our membership. Action should be taken seriously at kiehls Sunway Pyramid to prevent these kind of attitude.
