Generous with the samples. The skincare products improved my acne. Especially the calendula toner and ultra gel moisturizer. Friendly staff.

Products are great but the outlet staffs are incompetent in delivering sales service. Sales staff will need some service training if the outlet wish to generate better sales. Good luck.

Anna Chen, the SA is such a friendly and attentive person. She patiently explained the products to me even though there are some customers at that time. Normally I get Kiehl's products from different outlet but the product I wanted is out of stock there and they refer me to this outlet. I will come back here in the future.
