Very poor customer service. No greeting at all, no “welcome” or “dine in or take away?”. The staff did not ask if I wanted to add anything else before ordering. The facial expression showed no interest in serving customers, which made the experience unpleasant.

One of my top 3 fast food spots. The spaghetti is awesome, and the nuggets are my kids’ absolute favorite. Always a hit with the whole family.

The service is so slow.. It took like 45-60 min for your order to complete..this is not fast food restaurant anymore.. More like slow food restaurant.. Really disappointed with the service here.. I came inside the restaurant was few people.. And then i pile up become pack full house because everyone waiting order to complete
