Poor customer service. You should come to serve customers. But the staff is playing on the phone at the counter. When asked, their faces are hard as if they don't like having to serve customers. Please. I came to buy, not to ask for free.

I came to the shop on 22/11/2024. around 6.00 pm. The staff service was terrible. Those who wore specs, made faces, had impolite tones. Those who wanted to buy didn't buy. Train your staff please !!!!!!!!!

Disappointed with the service I received . The sales assistant was unapproachable and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. Customers should be treated with respect and made to feel welcome, not like they're asking for a favor. Please address this to improve the overall experience.
