This supermarket was huge same as other branches. I bought a mineral water in here. The staff was nice too. I recommend it.

I would recommend allowing customers to use the self service machine when nobody is using them rather than forcing those with more than 15 items to queue for the counter which are all taken up. You need to tell your staff to have flexibility and think.

I bought this dried persimmon from China today (refer to receipt), it taste rotten and the texture is slimy. I’ve always thought that Jaya Grocer has a lot of varieties of FRESH fruits and vegetables. Kindly please ensure the items put on the shelves are safe to be consumed.

We visited this well stocked Jaya Grocer outlet for groceries. We managed to find some offer items that we needed. There is good variety with some brands only available at Jaya Grocer.

The worst. The security guard Ram denied me entry just because I got my own paper bag with other groceries. It is just bread & pastries i got from upstairs. This outlet should really need to educate their staffs as no real explanation given.

Great service from all employees. Specia shoutout to the cashier lady and security guard for helping me look for my missing phone as they were about to close and did a thorough check with cctv too. Really appreciate the staffs help and kind understanding
