***Mixed Experience at Jaya Grocer*** I had a mixed experience during my recent visit to Jaya Grocer. 👍 On the positive side, I appreciated the helpfulness of one of the male staff members. I was looking for a specific drink, and he went out of his way to assist me in searching for it. Although the item turned out to be out of stock, his effort and courteous attitude made a good impression. Please keep this good staff. 👎 Unfortunately, the experience at the cashier counter was less pleasant. One of the female staff members was engaged in a conversation with her colleague at the next register, openly commenting on my item—remarking that it was new and expensive—while i was still standing right in front of her. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Such remarks, especially in the presence of customers, come across as inappropriate and inconsiderate. Do you still need her to be in your team? 📝 I hope Jaya Grocer continues to uphold the high standards of service that many of its staff already demonstrate, while also addressing areas where professionalism can be improved.
