Im a regular cust b4 this. Went there around 11 am.. no cust at all only me with my kids. but staff was being rude and shouting to us. No manner. Will not buy sushi at inari express after this

Idk how hard it is to work in a small sushi shop but why is all the staff that’s working there so rude? The food is ok but the customer service is so?! Banyak jugak bad review about the staff tapi management tak buat apa apa ke?

Went there around 2pm 15 Feb. The staff member taking sushi orders was rude, unfriendly, and had trouble understanding simple requests. I asked for egg, and she actually asked if I wanted 'egg' or 'telur’, aren't they the same thing sis? Then my husband noticed her complaining to her friend about it afterward. Very frustrating experience. I’ve included the date and time here. Inari management, please do your job and take appropriate action. I’m not the only one saying this, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same rude behaviour.
