Wont be surprise by consistency of customer service , i face exactly same experience like others review . 10 counter available but 4 open , 1-2 staff working , 2 missing and for average 2 customer in queue , average waiting time 30mins and above

Super slow service. There was no customer and I was the only one but it took them 20 minutes to call my no. Not sure what they were busy entertaining on their laptop 🤔. I've used maybank all my life and they are super efficient although they are very crowded. Game up hsbc!!! …

If you are a Customer Service Officer act like one…should focus to customer not to your worktab. Really frustrated…end up i walked away.Frankly speaking…should close this branch for good✌️
