Hot and roll employees are very rude, raising their voices at customers. Maybe the management needs to have training on how to talk to customers. The incident happened today at 6 pm, February 7, 2019.

Bad service…came to order at 9.15pm and didn't receive it…staff was very rude…excuse was that all the bags were already stored…it was 9.45pm for cleaning so I can't accept the order!!!!…and it's really funny that you can't leave late and the manager will chase you away…t

You're so stingy!! You should just close the shop if you really want to save money. Crispy chicken and cheese only has 4 slices. No matter what, it doesn't taste good. You should tell your boss to open it at the market for only rm2. CLOSED THE SHOP. YOU'RE RIGHT. SAKAI!!!!

Ordered v-eats (vegetarian) from shoppee food and they gave chicken instead of vegetarian and are not willing to refund! Really useless merchant!
