The place is cramped and lots of people but this is the place my friends like to meet up... I don't know why...maybe it's known place and easy access ... I tell you..its jammed everywhere here.

The store closes the fitting room and dims the shop lights around 9:30 PM, creating an unwelcoming and rushed shopping experience. Ironically, they are located right next to Uniqlo, which is well known for its excellent customer service.

The usual large format store with tons of fast fashion. Quality is mediocre.

Great experience! Staff named Dee was really friendly and helpful. I was kinda stuck but she went above and beyond to find me the perfect size while I was in the fitting room :) 10/10 for customer service

very lousy retail experience at h&m shah alam! tried to return/exchange but system was down make it difficult for customer just to come back again. lousy sales assistant not helping at all..better go to setia city mall
