No frills. Queue even in the early morning. Consistent fish soup, good serving for price point. Sambal chilli is the best pairing - staff is happy to give more upon customer's request.

One of the best, if not the best fish soup. Fish is fresh and the belachan chilli has to be the highlight of the store. Always a long queue but moves relatively fast.

Consistent quality over the years. No noticeable difference in 10 years Really like how they added fried garlic to their soup . Can really taste the flavour in the chilli . Price is definitely a little on the high side but worth the queue and quality . Rather than paying less and feeling shortchanged by what you receive

Traditional fish soup with lots of vegetables. Have been to this stall as long as I remember living in this area for more than 30 years. My parents' favourite. Expect to queue as it is always busy but you won't disappoint.

Best fish soup in Singapore easily! The special chilli paste is full of umami and I usually get a refill. The fish is really fresh too.
