The service was fine, but I had just started drinking the cookies and cream beverage when I suddenly found a strand of hair after sipping it. I am extremely disappointed. Don’t the staff maintain proper hygiene, to the point that I ended up sipping a drink and having hair go into my mouth? It was very disgusting.

Tried Gigi a number of times but tried this outlet here for the first time today. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I was told that some things are out of stock and many of their ingredients have not arrived, so some of the items are not available. I went a few days back and they didn't even have the coffee beans yet at the time. Considering they've just opened this outlet, I thought whoever planned and managed this outlet did so poorly. I bought the Iced Caramel Latte and the Pecan Praline but both didn't taste that good. Seemed like the syrup didn't go well with the bitter coffee. In terms of the layout, the store looked clean and has a number of tables for people to dine in.

i will definitely come again because of your staff named Aisyah was very good at her customer service!!! still pick our order and serve us even tho she has done the packing up and cleaning the coffee machine.she just ask us to wait a bit due to machine is doing the cleaning..very nice of her!!!!!

A hidden cafe, some may not able to find it without the advertising board. Fast service but the popular drinks, buttermilk latte sold out after 2pm daily. Limited seating available & there’s no dustbin available inside the cafe, hopefully they provide a dustbin so tht customers can easily to throw their cups once finish.
