I bought a pair of trousers and the inexperienced/untrained staff measured the length of the trousers for alteration. The result is extremely disappointing to say the least. They have cut off so much from the bottom of my trousers and no matter how I adjust it, it is still half dangling. Notice how in the picture the bottom of the trousers is barely touching my ankle. I didn’t pay a few hundred ringgit to have an unwearable trousers.

As you can see,I purchased this shirt and i wanted the staff there to ironed it because they took it out of the store and it was very unpresentable. They ironed it and left the water stain on the shirt..very unethical behaviour..If you hate to do customer services than dont work lah..rather than giving hard time to customers.

I don’t catch the name of the lady in the store today. It was pretty late, close to the closing time. I needed help and she had graciously helped me in picking the right pants, the right colour. Though I had to try many on with shirts and jackets, she was very patient and assisted very kindly. I had an amazing time shopping here and I truly appreciate the kind help.

Bad customer service. Person at the counter (short haired chinese lady) answers simple questions rudely and has a punchable expression. I love the brand and have been a customer for over a decade but I honestly think she alone will pull down your outlets sales.
