Lousy service. Paid & waited for my sofuto right in front of counter. Malay staff kept serving others until i had no more patience & asked. As expected, she totally forgot about my order, even though we waited right in front of her. Sunday, 1st Sept 150pm. 1st & the last time coming here!

Often understaff especially lunch hour. Still the service is pretty much acceptable for me. Variety of merchandise can be bought here compare to some shop-based Family Mart branch. Perhaps a better arrangement of shift slot would be benefiting it's lunch hour service.

i went to family mart empire shopping gallery at 6pm on 14/8/23 . there is a man staff was working as cashier. he was rude too me. why he should behave so action to me , he finger point to me, like a dog . ask me to stand at waiting area . he’s customer service was damn bad .
