Went for the first time yesterday and was very happy with the warm and welcoming staff. Mr. Shaharudin attended to us and was extremely knowledgeable, fair in his suggestions (wasn't trying to promote certain brands) and very friendly. Have bought many products here in the past already, not too pricey ones but ok. I always feel sorry that someone might expect me to buy a giant TV but end up buying an iron but the staff did not bother and have helped me to suggest the best iron and help test it out, great service, wish them success.
