22/3/2025 - i came there at 9pm, and couldn’t get my coffee bcs the staff said that she work alone and have to close the store 1 hour early from the usual time. so, is this allowed? and if it is, just change the timing to 9pm instead of 10pm. it gives me false hope and i hate it

They put a sign that they will be back in 15 minutes but it's been an hour and no one is at the counter or shop. Very disappointing as I'm a regular customer at this very branch.
