Operating hours state until 8:30 pm, but I arrived around 8:02 pm only to be told that collection ends at 8:00 pm. Had to come back another day just to collect my parcel! DON’T WASTE PEOPLE’S TIME & ENERGY! Please update the correct time on Google, this is misleading.

took so long to even attend to customers. ONLY 1 PERSON TAKE CARE OF THE PARCEL SECTION?? while the other THREE sit and chat only. and the one who took care of the parcel went to the toilet for god’s sakes idek how long while these THREE , 2 GUYS 1 WOMAN KEEPS ON CHATTING AWAY

Very bad experience. Went out for a break at 2.30pm, made people wait for a long time. Many people were waiting outside while he went to rest. Please be strict with your rest time, don't waste an hour waiting outside.
