I haven't been to a watch outlet for a long time but this afternoon I had a pleasant experience at CC Sunway. The customer service from Jessie was friendly and insightful. Didn't feel stressed but rather relax. And glad to see some lovely display of Muhle Glashutee range too. Thanks City Chain for the retail experience.
