Had a pleasant experience today at City Chain in SCM. Firdaus was very kind and made the purchase of a watch very smooth. He was also very kind to inform us that the SCM concierge provides free gift wrapping service since I told him it was a gift. Thank you Firdaus.

I repaired my watch here a few weeks ago and was charged RM30. Now it’s loose again, so I came back. The staff said they don’t know about my previous repair, and even after calling their colleague, they couldn’t confirm it. They also said the usual charge is RM20. Can you explain why I was charged RM30?
