You can wait for hours and watch the ones at the counter chatting away and eating as they do their best to avoid eye contact. The staff in USJ 9 would be friendlier

The lady at the counter was very nice and service is fast .. but the staff at the info counter, the greeting was very rude. I was not saw her at the back and she shouted. YES?
