I love this branch because the servers are really nice and they are constantly refilling drinks and food for you. My go to order here would be the bottomless tostada chips and salsa ( you can refill as many times as you want)! And the fajitas were also very good ( refillable tortillas)

Good place for your American food fix. The fajitas are decent with refillable tortillas & condiments. However, the add-on cost guacamole is tiny in portion (one generous teaspoon at best). Otherwise, little to complain.

Bad experience. Ordered mash potato and it came with additional service of hair. Reported to them and they gave us a new one but it still came with hair. Thankfully they waived the bill but this shows that their cleanliness is absurd.

Why do they use pathetic sad frozen broccolis now? Chili’s used to have fresh and delicious broccolis, so what happened? Especially after a price hike, I expect them to at least still use fresh broccolis. Service also slow for this outlet.
