Too many people, Management must consider to have more back room operation people. If people wait too long, they will never repeat like me. Had to wait 2 hours after paying the order to get the drinks.

It's a good place to get boba on the whim. Lots of drinks to choose from and the people handling are efficient in their work. Waiting wasn't a problem other than finding a seat not inside a restaurant. Maybe a small bench in the side of the stall would be nice
