They offered me to signed up for a coupon discount worth RM29.90, unfortunately the products on the coupon aren't available , it's been 5 days that I kept on coming back to check the availability but unfortunately it wasn't till further noticed 😞. Next time you make such promo. Make sure your it is available. Very disappointing. I felt like being scammed. This hotbox and sausages aren't available in I city branch and yet you guys are offering to signed up for these coupon. You're promo offers are misleading. Might as well I'll return this voucher and bring my money back.

Went to this chatime branch in TGV Cinema of Central I city Mall and the service is terrible. mentioned don't want ice and the staff made mistake and we asked the staff to remove the ice and the staff showed some faces to us. No more next time.

Ordered the roasted milk tea today at ard 330pm. Asked for a receipt as I paid cash but was told the machine was not working. Management please check if this is actually true or the employees are being dishonest.

Bad service by staff and charge different price from displayed menu..reason stated by staff "HQ didn't provide official new price for product". The price should be the same as displayed..

Simple and clean chatime branches. Can use Maybank QRPay which I love it so much. Will buy drink everytime I go for a movie here

Bought 3 waters, they don't taste good at all, it's like the ingredients have been reduced..the price is not cheap..very disappointed
