Extremely bad service and unsanitary. One worker seems to be forever mopping the floor and not doing anything else while we wait for ages for our food. The cashier has to service the queue and then pack the food. For whatever reason another …

The lady at the counter was left to do everything while the guy responsible for packing the food and readying the drinks just screwed around with his colleagues. So many meals were ready for packing yet around 10 customers were left waiting and staring at our food. Useless guy. Pity the lady who had to tell him what to do every step of the way. At some points the whole counter was unattended with food waiting because she had to go to the back to get the guys to come to the front and do their jobs. Management needs to be stricter. Terrible.
