Terrible customer service. I waited more than 10 minutes and received food that I did not order. I ordered bihun siam, but without informing me, they replaced it with nasi lemak. This is unacceptable. On top of that, I noticed the staff keeps changing, which may explain the poor service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

In general, the staff are friendly, welcoming. Strangely the shop ran out of half boiled eggs (before 7pm, yet Jaya Grocer is a few steps away). Sadly there was also no rendang - the 2nd time here. Atmosphere - Comfortable and quite spacious place, good vibes. Shall visit again.
