I was looking for a plantar fasciitis shoes, and was recommended the Brooks GTS 24 or the Asics Kayano. Got the Brooks instead because of the decent price. Plus, I experienced a good customer service by Ms Cing, the store assistant. The shoes may not come in a more desirable colours, but the objective has been met. Thanks Ms. Cing.

Great service and explanation from Ms. Ang. Quite knowledgeable as we are looking at stability shoe for flat foot support. The supervisor or it it the boss are great in supporting us as well. Finally a support staff than can gives helpful hints on what type of shoe we need and how to handle the shoe.

I had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor they give us wrong shoes. . The staff didn’t tell me anything about the shoes. It was his fault . Very disappointed we had to suffer for him. Even though it was staff fault, he was so rude with me.

When there to get a pair of shoes, but sadly Iskandar was not there. The chinese girl not enough knowledge, she don’t know how to explain well and she had no interest to answer my request. Hopefully you guys can give proper training for other staff as well. Used to be my favourite place but now need to find other places.
