Im not sure why but elmina lakeside mall boost service is so bad. I went there twice and to get one cup done takes so long! Usually have 3 ppl in side but only 1 will do everything. Management pls check!

Your staff are very slow to make even 1 drink and I are the only customer that waiting, took around 15 minutes to be done for 1 order. 17/8/2025 1429hrs

The crew have no idea how to complete the order using the Setel voucher. They ended up asking if there were any instructions in the Setel app on how to process it. Hopeless.

Bought watermelon lychee. Juice taste like plain water and watermelon surely spoilt.
