First and last, I was disappointed with the watermelon lychee, sour and not fresh. Not like usual.

Extremely rude and poor customer given by the staff in charging of order. No smile and all he had is his poker face. Didn’t even bother to ask customer needed the receipt and making assumption that customer doesn’t need one is just unacceptable. Service here is no where near those shown by the Boost counterpart in Australia.

I’m really disappointed with the staff’s attitude. They were rude and acted like they’re better than everyone else. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all.

Very disappointed, bad service. Waiting for 30+ minutes and im still didn't get my order while writing this. They didnt communicate with each other. Making the work all over the place.

Everyday I go to Boost i City to buy my favorite Vitamin C detox water.. the staff are also very nice lurvee ❤️❤️❤️
