Wanted to use voucher, cashier just says "Don't know how to use". If you wanna use voucher, use in Aeon Bukit Raja. Much better cashier.

I didn't like how they didn't inform anyone on where they should've line up, the food is good as always but hate the line system... Theres a big arrow at the bottom that says "in, masuk" but the queue are always in random places, so there's ko knowing where we should even line up at...

Nowadays you can't get these kinds of donuts from other Big Apple shops. This Big Apple shop at Setia City Mall delivers perfect donuts and the softness of bread reminds me of the day I start taste donut Big Apple. I'm not sure what kind of complaint from other review. from my time all going smoothly.

It's clean. Fast service. A wide variety of doughnuts to choose from. Friendly staff too. And not many people here so you can enjoy your donuts without worrying about noises and crowd.

Im okay with all the flavor but the staff… haih. 8:45pm and the staff dont want to smile, and made me soooooo dissapointed. :(

Fast service, donut good and reasonably priced. Even on peak hours staff know how to manage well and have a nice procedure.
