Iβm giving two stars for the ice cream only because of the flavour. The sign showed that 1 single regular scoop gets 4oz. I ordered chocolate mousse and notice that it is left very little at the bottom bucket and requested that they give me β¦

The staff of the baskin robbin in Subang Parade is really bad. 1. We had a line queuing up for the ice-cream. However, one customer cut the queue and proceeded to order around 4 or 5 pints of ice-cream. The staff did not say a thing and just proceeded with the order 2. When it was our turn and we wanted to order, they suddenly had the balls to say "Wait a moment" just to service another customer. 3. The service was slow and felt untrained. The table was dirty and was not clean when we wanted to seat even though when queuing there was no one seating there with meant the stain was there for a long time. 4. Wouldn't really recommend coming here. Love the ice cream, hated the service.

Idk why the cashier served the other customers first when clearly I was there first and ready to order π. Tables are messy with trash all over. β¦

No ice on wed pink day for handpacked ice cream.Also,the staff seems new and tell me there is no extra 31% on pint size then just prepare and give me an extra regular cup after asking another staff while the pint handpacked is putting there and start to melt..
