What a bad services. I want to buy a cake for someone birthday and been standing at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff didn't even entertain me. When I call for them to assist they just stare at me. But when a Malay hijabi couple came to but they immediately assist them. What a racist staff

I went there on 25 March 2023. The Malay female staff is unfriendly at all (I’m not sure what’s her name ) The way she talked to me and other clients is very sarcastic and impatient. Please ensure your staff is properly trained and able to show their professionalism when work. Thank you

The staff was not at all welcoming. especially the lady with glasses and tudung. Despite the fact that I clearly showed her the flavour I wanted, she responded sarcastically and told me to mention the name.

Excellent service.Reasonable price. Very Good quality Ice cream. I like pistachio mint best. Staffs are friendly and hardworking. Good environment.
