Bought the cake from this outlet and they asked me how many candles, i clearly answered 5. They gave me 4 small and 1 big. Called the shop to ask why, they said I thought u said 5 candles so I gave campur campur hence 4 small 1 big. This is ridiculous! Please train your staff since u are selling cakes!

The ice cream wasn’t the issue — the service was. The staff member was extremely rude, had zero manners, and showed a black face the entire time. It completely ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to look into customer service training.

Bad customer service. 2 girls were there, and not welcoming at all, wasn't busy too. Didnt offer toppings, and scoop it into cup instead of cone which she didn't ask me before that.
