Hi, I called to ask about the availability of the ice cream cake and the PIC was unnecessarily rude. I also asked if I could book and the person said to “book on grab la”. Once I was there, they said that booking was not available on weekends which is understandable but please teach your staff better manners.

my grandmother went there and she said the staff were really nice explaining everything in detail even though it was taking long. really sweet staff , good service.

Was disappointed with my visit to this BR booth (15/5/25 ard 9:45pm). One of the staff members rolled her eyes upon seeing me and was noticeably rude during the service. Hope the management will look into staff training on professionalism and customer service.

Staff bad mood.Belum sempat pilih flavor dah tanya topping sudu..even pakai mask i can see your eyes..your mood..no customer contact. Dgn jelingan..should train your staff more on customer service..
