It said operation hours until 4.30PM. 4.10PM CLOSED ALREADY.4PM already hang the “CLOSE” on the door. If you’re not DRB-HICOM company & had a choice, better not choose this type of LOW QUALITY bank.

My appointment should be at 10am. However, currently is already 2pm and the AKPK officer is still not here. Last update from them is “they are on the way” since 12pm. I had been wasting my 4 hours here.

Went to open my Bank Muamalat account and dealt with Staff Nur Asyiqin. The process took less than 10 minutes until I get to open the account and received my debit card. She was also friendly and helpful. Great experience 👍🏼 …
