Setia City mall A&W not have mug for rootbeer float. They just give paper cup. The fried chicken also taste a bit burn maybe overcooked. No sauce dispenser they just give that tiny sauce in packet.

All the services are good, the staff are polite, friendly, and very pleasant ,some are even cute! The tables and floors are clean, the food was served fresh and hot, and the RB was as refreshing as always. Definitely a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience at A&W

Really disappointed with my experience here. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally came, it was made wrongly. The staff seemed to be rushing everything, and overall the service felt very careless. I hope they can improve their management and customer service in the future.
