Located nearby the Ice Rink at the LG1 level beside the Cinnabon. Service is fast by the staff, no need to wait long despite ling queue. Clean and tidy premise. However, they only provide 3 small tables for customer to eat. Luckily Sunway pyramid provide ample of benches along the corridor if you need to stop and eat your food.

Horrific customer service, 2 staff members there and I still had to wait more than 5mins for order to be taken. The staff saw me there but they ignored and carried on working pretentious. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

my favourite snack while coming to Sunway Pyramid definitely Auntie Annes! loved the texture of the pretzels and sauce it’s so tempting!

The stix was made earlier and become stale. Even the chocolate is very little and no friendly service by the staffs. Even didnt understand English..should improve the preparation of the food since the price is also increasing.

I ordered cream cheese almond stick, i only felt the bread. When i asked the staff they didn’t bother to check and claims it’s like that only!!! If i go other places they will replace it. Poor service!

The chocolate sticks is nice with great portion of chocolate sauces. The normal pretzel also very nice. Freshly made each day.

The pretzel sold is cold and keras. asked for reheat but the worker said they only got microwave. i was expecting to get a new and hot, not cold pretzel!
