I usually do not leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing and I believe it is important to share. On the first day, I had my laptop battery replaced. However, due to the staff’s oversight, my computer could not power on the next day unless it was plugged in. In addition, I noticed that the spacebar no longer felt the same as before, though I could not identify the exact issue at that time. When I returned to the shop to explain and seek clarification, I was interrupted mid-sentence by a staff member raising his hand to stop me when I am explaining. Later, he discovered that the lock had not been secured properly, and only told us after I asked. Yet while testing again, I noticed that the mouse pad no longer felt right. When I raised the concern, he firmly denied touching it, though the issue was very obvious. Between the short time I left home and arrived at the shop (within 3 minutes), it is unreasonable to suggest the problem appeared on its own. My friend also noticed that the screws had not been tightened, and when we asked him to do so, he reluctantly complied with poor attitude. Even then, the mouse pad issue remained. While my friend and I were discussing this, the staff member threw both the screwdriver and my laptop charger onto the table in a very rude manner. Later, I consulted another shop, where I was informed that the wrong screws had been used in the wrong places. Screws that should have been short were replaced with longer ones, causing three visible bulges on my laptop’s casing. I am deeply concerned and request a proper explanation: 1. Are the staff members adequately trained? How could such a careless mistake happen in a technical repair? 2. Even if “the customer is not always right,” is it acceptable for staff to react impatiently and rudely when the mistake was clearly on their part? 3. My laptop has now been damaged due to this error — what steps will be taken to resolve this? This experience left me feeling disrespected as a customer and worried about the long-term impact on my device. I truly hope the management will take responsibility and address these issues seriously.
