Bus delayed 30mins, yet no history record of the past trip shows in the website. Why is it RM20 fee charge to the customer to retrieve the QR code, while this is a MUST info to be transparent & provided?

Premium bus service. Sunway is a drop-off and pick-up station for Aeroline. Also a sales office available here.
