Three Free Attractions for LRT3 Riders
i-City Leisure is running a promotion that gives free entry to three of its attractions if you ride the LRT3 Shah Alam Line to get there. The offer runs until 31 July 2026, redemption is same-day only, and it is capped at 1,000 visitors per day on a first-come, first-served basis. The three attractions are the AI World Experience Centre, SportStars and London Village, all within the i-City complex at Persiaran Multimedia, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam.
This is a separate promotion from the LRT3 Shah Alam Line opening itself, which opened in 2026. It is specifically an i-City Leisure campaign to push footfall onto the new line and into its themed attractions, on top of the regular ticketed theme park. The three attractions you get for free
The campaign covers three attractions, and the value is real. The AI World Experience Centre is i-City's newer AI-themed attraction with interactive displays and futuristic exhibits aimed at families and curious adults. SportStars is the sports-themed activity zone with physical and digital sports games for children and adults. London Village is the European-themed walk-through with photo spots and a mock British high street. Together they would normally cost a family a fair bit in separate tickets.
The catch is that each attraction has different operating hours, so you need to check the i-City operating hours page before you travel if you want to hit all three in one day. The official redemption page links to the hours. Realistically, doing all three in a single LRT3 day trip is tight but doable if you arrive early.
How to redeem in four steps
The redemption process is straightforward but strict about proof of travel:
- Step 1: Ride the LRT3 Shah Alam Line. Keep your proof of same-day journey. A printed ticket, the TNG app history, or a photo of yourself inside the coach all count.
- Step 2: Present the valid travel proof to staff at the entrance. One proof per person.
- Step 3: Download the i-City SuperApp and register. One account per group is enough, but every member of the group needs a valid travel proof.
- Step 4: Show your SuperApp QR at the counter. Entry is granted based on the number of valid travel proofs you have.
The complimentary tickets are valid for same-day redemption only, and must be used on the day of your LRT3 ride. You cannot bank them for another visit. The 1,000-visitor daily cap means arriving earlier in the day materially improves your chances, especially on weekends and the last week of July when the quota tends to clear faster.
Why this is worth the trip
For a family of four, the savings on three paid attractions add up quickly. The alternative is driving into i-City, paying for parking, and then buying separate tickets. The LRT3 route removes the parking cost and the traffic, and the promotion removes the ticket cost. The main trade-off is the daily cap and the same-day rule, which means you cannot plan far ahead without some risk of the quota being full.
For solo visitors and couples, the deal is just as useful. AI World is a quieter, more thoughtful stop that suits adults; London Village is a photo-first walk that suits a couple; SportStars is where kids and groups of friends burn energy. The three together cover a wider age range than most single-attraction promos.
