I visited this branch last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff (wearing turban). She was not friendly at all and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were being judged the moment we walked in. There was no proper greeting or willingness to assist, which really affected our shopping experience. Is it she’s the manager? Good customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected, regardless of who they are. I hope the management can look into this and provide further training to ensure all staff attend to customers politely and professionally.
