Very lazy & dishonest staffs, using fake phone number for almost a year now, it belongs to some individual. They just dont want to entertain customers orders enquiry or disclose stocks & items.

Extremely unethical behavior by staff. A red-shirt staff member spoke rudely to my daughter, saying “If don’t buy, don’t touch,” which frightened her. This happened on 27/12/2025 at about 9.00 pm. Such behavior towards a child is unacceptable and reflects poor staff training and customer service.

28.01.2024: first time going. Lots of statues. Alhamdulillah, the child was able to buy the bear statue that he had been dreaming of since he was a child. That's it.
